Shipping Info

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
  • Average transit times to the United States: 2 - 4 Weeks.
  • Average transit times to International: 15 - 35 Business days
  • Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

Shipping to these countries may take more than 60 days - Argentina, Chile,  Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Mexico, Peru,  Philippines, South Africa, Uruguay El Salvador, Guatemala, Brazil

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email info@silkycase.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@silkycase.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

How safe is my personal information?

Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the check out process.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse around the world will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

We typically send out tracking numbers to your email 3 to 5 days after it is shipped. If your order was placed more than 12 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
